Carrie Underwood attended the Super Bowl XLIV Pre-game press conference yesterday in Florida along with fellow singer Queen Latifah. The singers, who will both be performing at Sunday's big game, took the stage at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center for a joint pre-game performance.

Underwood and Latifah busted out a rendition of General Larry Platt's "Pants on the Ground" in front of the press conference attendees. The country singer later joked about the significance of the song.

"As a songwriter I know we all aspire to write something that is catchy and has a message," Underwood said. "And I think the youth of America can learn a lot from 'Pants on the Ground.' And they can pull their pants up . . . because it causes all kinds of back problems. I've seen the studies."

Underwood will sing the National Anthem before Sunday's Super Bowl game between the Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints.

Latifah will also perform "America the Beautiful" before the big kick-off.
