Alan Jackson's forthcoming album, Freight Train, will see a March 30 release. It was produced by Keith Stegall, who has produced or co-produced all of Jackson's previous records except 2006's Like Red on a Rose.
Jackson wrote more than half of the record's 12 tracks himself.
Freight Train's first single, "It's Just That Way," is currently in its fifth week on Billboard's Hot Country Songs hart, sitting at number 32. The album also features a collaboration with Lee Ann Womack on a cover of Vern Gosdin's "Till the End."
Jackson will hit the road for a short run of tour dates in Canada before heading to San Antonio in March.
His last release, 2008's Good Time, has sold 971,000 copies to date, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
