The world of country music was well represented on Friday's telethon to aid victims of last week's earthquake in Haiti. The Hope for Haiti Now event, organized by George Clooney, featured performances by Taylor Swift and Keith Urban.

Swift strummed her way through Better Than Ezra's "Breathless," forsaking her sequined acoustic guitar for one with a more traditional body.

Urban, Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock performed a version of Bill Withers' classic "Lean on Me."

Meanwhile, Hank Williams' "Alone and Forsaken" was covered by Neil Young and Dave Matthews.

The event also featured performances from U2's Bono and the Edge, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Justin Timberlake, Mary J. Blige, Sting and Shakira, among others.
