Charley Prides Kiss An Angel Good Mornin

“Kiss An Angel Good Mornin,’” a song made famous by the late Charliey Pride, will be inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Written by Ben Peters and released in 1972, it became a signature song for the Opry member. The song was a hit on Pop, Adult Contemporary, Top 40. and Country radio.

10 recordings will go into the Grammy Hall Of Fame this year, including Doobie Brothers' “What A Fool Believes,” and the Guns N’ Roses album, Appetite For Destruction.

The recordings will be honored at the Grammy Museum’s Hall Of Fame Gala on May 21st in Los Angeles.
