Trace Adkins And Others Salute The Troops At The Grand Ole Opry

Country star Trace Adkins was one of the many musicians who took part in the “Salute The Troops” show at the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday night. Adkins was joined by Lauren Alaina, John Conlee, Charlie McCoy, Craig Morgan, Lee Brice, HunterGirl, Austin Snell, and Sal Gonzalez, who all performed to honor and celebrate members of the U.S. Military and their families. The Opry invited active duty and veteran service members from the U.S. Army Reserve and VFW to be the evening’s honored guests. They took part in a red carpet parade along with their spouses, children, and parents, which led into the Opry House where they were greeted by the performers. Portions of this year’s “Salute The Troops” event will air as a special “Opry Live” during Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 25, on the Opry’s Facebook and YouTube channels. (Music Row)
