Mark Chesnutt Prepares To Return To The Stage One Month After Heart Surgery

Mark Chesnutt underwent emergency quadruple bypass heart surgery only one month ago. And as he recovers from the procedure, the country singer shared the great announcement that he will soon be returning to the stage. On Chesnutt’s Instagram post on Tuesday (July 16), the star revealed that he will perform at a concert dedicated to Country Music Hall of Fame and Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member Dean Dillon on October 9. Chesnutt shared the show announcement, which proudly displays that he will be performing that night, along with a ticket link to the show and the enthusiastic caption, “Get your tickets now!” The performance will be part of “Songs and Stories of Dean Dillon,” which is set to take place at the Von Braun Center Propst Arena in Huntsville, Alabama. The program will be filmed for a TV special that is scheduled to air a short time after the performance. (Billboard)
